Filter-ventilator unit «ТЕМP-2000» and oriented local air ventilation systems

FVU «ТЕМP-2000» and local air ventilation systems are designed for welding aerosol disposal out of welding area, air purification in the working area and welding aerosol localisation.
FVU «ТЕМP-2000»’s efficiency and flexibility in application provide considerable electrical and heating power economy (60-70%) by virtue of warm air recirculation in the working area.
FVU «ТЕМP-2000» and local air ventilation systems are supplied with replaceable filters. Three-layer filter elements with the higher filter area are made of the Ukrainian fabrics (6В19КТ, needle-punched, multilayer polypropylene, etc). They also make it possible to provide a complete clearing from welding aerosol.
Filter life lasts from 1 to 4 months depending on the production load.

Filter-ventilator unit «ТЕМP-NT-M» belongs to the cutting-edge means of local ventilation. «ТЕМP-NT-M» provides contaminated air extraction from the hard-to-reach places, its high-quality purification and collected dust localization.
The unit is aimed at welding aerosols and other harmful contaminants disposal out of the working area, the following air clearing and recirculation in the working areas.
FVA «ТЕМП-NТ-М» is supplied with filters which provide purification from particulate pollutants. If applicable, the unit is supplied with an additional filtering degree which provides purification from nitrogen, fluorine toxic volatile compounds, etc.

Portable low-voltage filter-ventilator unit «ТЕМP-NB» is designed for contaminated air extraction during welding, painting, clearing and other works in poorly ventilated places (inside of cisterns, reservoirs, main pipelines, etc. )
«ТЕМP-NB» can be used for pure air inflation into the wells of different purpose where welding and other works are carried out.
The unit has fire-flame-proof properties and can be used in a wide environmental temperature range from -40′С to +50′С.
